WiserLife™ was established in 2015 after seeing the impact the rapid economic and technological change is having on people and particularly to our ageing population. As we live and work for longer, we can aspire to a healthier and productive longer life if we’re able to invest in the elements that create the foundations and then support a healthy and productive life even within an uncertain future.
Our mission is to support clients to live healthy and productive lives at every age and every stage.
Business’ can’t grow and prosper without a healthy and productive workforce of all ages. As the population ages, the economy needs a healthy workforce and consumer base to create growth and prosperity. Employers have an opportunity to support future profitability by supporting employees at every age and life phase. Our work within organisations in the performing arts, media production, professional services and education have already proven results of organisations creating a culture of wellbeing.
The conversation about wellbeing seems to now be all around us, which is wonderful. Providing services and programs that provide a diverse human experience and allow clients to be treated as individuals, creates a ripple effect for the individual and also across organisations and the broader community.
WiserLife believes that for everyone, ageing does not have to mean old. Navigating change and taking steps to futureproof careers, financial wellbeing and mental, physical and nutritional health are valuable at any age. Our particular passion is for people in their mid to late career who are navigating an uncertain furture, that looks very different from any generation before. Our ageing population will live longer and be required to work longer. Each individual’s story is unique and becomes more so as life progresses. To lead a healthy and productive life, an early focus on our whole lives, relevant to age, health and individual circumstances is vital.
Whole Life Wellbeing encapsulates the idea that wellbeing is unique to every individual and many parts create the whole picture. It is underpinned by the principles of the Global Wellbeing Index means it’s already an accepted benchmark of wellbeing.
WiserLife has a presence in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and delivers programs to clients Australia-wide.
