Executive and Emerging Leaders Coaching Program
Each Executive or Emerging Leader is matched to a coach to meet their personal and organisational outcomes. Prior to engaging in a program, all our executive coaches offer an initial chemistry meeting to confirm rapport and take the first steps to ensure a positive working relationship. Elements of the coaching program may include:
- 1/2 day intensive workshop
- 1 to 1 coaching sessions – sessions are 60-90 minutes
- WiserLiving Wellbeing Survey Report provided for each participant
- Access to between session support
- Program progress report provided at the mid point and completion of the program
Programs can be designed to suit the organisational and individual needs and desired outcome. Our coaches come from a variety of backgrounds including qualified psychologists, or are certified in a variety of recognised models including The Leadership Circle, IECL, Mental Toughness and GLWS, to name a few.
