Leadership Coaching and Development

Our leadership consultants bring the ideal mix of commercial lived experience and in-depth understanding of human behaviour. Our coaches come from a variety of backgrounds including qualified psychologists, and accredited in recognised frameworks including The Leadership Circle, IECL, Mental Toughness and GLWS.

Executive and Emerging Leaders Coaching Program

Coaching continues to result in a range of benefits for both the business and employees. Leaders and employees who have experienced coaching are more likely to demonstrate the mindset and behaviours required for success.

The WiserLife Leadership Coaching Program is a bespoke service designed for senior organisational leaders and professionals to get evidence into their real impact and strategies for enhanced sustainable performance.

Each executive or emerging leader is matched to a coach to meet their personal and organisational outcomes. Prior to engaging in a program, all our coaches offer an initial chemistry meeting to confirm rapport and take the first steps to ensure a positive working relationship. Coaching programs are typically 6 to 12 months duration and may include 360 coaching sessions with the participant’s manager. Assessment instruments may also be utilised to suit the organisational and individual needs and desired outcome.
