Create a Wellbeing Strategy
Through the WiserLiving Survey and qualitative research, we discover what is central to your employees wellbeing. Based on data insights, a Wellbeing Strategy is the first step to build a culture of wellbeing.
Recommendations within the strategy are based on our Hierarchy of Wellbeing and may range from employee led programs, mental health initiatives, employee experience design and engagement of specialists.
Executive and Emerging Leader Coaching
Wellbeing and building a healthy and productive organisation needs to be lead from the top. Our accredited coaches support executives and emerging leaders to develop their leadership capability and awareness, in order to enhance their own wellbeing and support the needs of their team. The coaching is informed by individual insights from our WiserLiving Survey.
Employee Wellbeing Experience
Wellbeing is a habit, which needs to be first learnt then practised. It is also more complex ‘as we move through life stages. We design and deliver tailored programs including all communication, Whole Life Wellbeing education, interactive workshops, resources, on-demand support and post program evaluation.

Wellbeing through bespoke employee experience
Whole Life Wellbeing is the foundation of everything we do. We understand that Wellbeing does not exist in a snapshot of time or situations but ever evolving at every age and every phase and is underpinned by the key elements identified within global wellbeing indexes.
The WiserLiving Programs can be tailored to suit any organisation, and bring together any combination of our employee wellbeing offering, including:

These 45 min group presentations to provide education and awareness of whole life wellbeing. No limit on participant numbers.
Small Group Workshops
Arranged as a single or series of 2.5 hour workshops focused on diving into topics from the four pillars to provide a deeper level of understanding and action by the team.
Workshops generally kept to less than 20 participants per session to enable
higher levels of interaction.

Focused on workshop debrief and creation of individual action plans. 60 min one-to-one coaching sessions.
