Following an initial conversation to understand requirements, each person is matched to a career consultant that is the right fit for them. They then work one-to-one throughout the program to provide personal and tailored outcomes, and if required introduce a client to other specialists in our team.
The WiserCareer Development Program is modular in approach, so you can choose the specific level of support you require. By selecting the modules that you want you create your own individually crafted career development program.
For us this means that you, from the first contact, talk with a human being whose priority is your wellbeing, right through to the completion of the program.

What to expect from the WiserCareer Development Program
The WiserCareer Development Program is designed for people wanting help navigate career change or better navigate their current career.
The primary focus of the program is to provide clients with hands-on support to identify potential career paths and design their next career phase. We help them to secure new opportunities through career design strategies, articulating value, interview coaching, networking, and negotiation.
Depending on the level of support required and the stage you are at in your career, you can choose between 3 program options.
The WiserCareer Development Program provides a full level of flexibility in the design of the program.
You will be partnered with a qualified, experienced career coach who will provide expertise and support to design and navigate your career strategy. In keeping with our Whole Life philosophy, you will have the opportunity to complete our WiserCareer Survey and receive a report to bring awareness to aspects that may impact your career transition.
The program is tailored to your desired outcomes and may include:
- Career blueprint
- Strategy design
- Industry insights and research
- Networking strategy
- Interview coaching
- Salary and employment negotiation
You also have the option to extend your program and engage specialists from other areas of the WiserLife four pillars who can provide additional expertise and support – in the areas of resume and LinkedIn writing, health, wealth and personal image – to help you navigate your career.
