The WiserTransition Relocation Program is designed specifically for people navigating career change in a new country.
One of the key indicators of a successful transition for a new internationally sourced team member is how well their partner also transitions into the new environment. Understanding local recruitments practices and job opportunities helps the partner settle into the local conditions quicker and with less stress on your team member.
An additional element for transition within an expat posting environment is dealing with cultural adaptation and local knowledge.
Human emotion can’t be automated. Navigating career change, whether you initiate the change yourself or the change in situation has been outside of your control, can be a highly emotional experience.
Even though all our programs are individually tailored (everything is one to one) our overarching approach is the same – personally tailored, human centred and holistic. So, what does that mean?
Following an initial conversation to understand requirements, each individual is matched to a career consultant that is the right fit for them, with relevant industry and life experience. They then work
one-to-one throughout the program to provide personal and tailored outcomes.
For us this means that from the first contact, clients talk with a human being whose priority is their wellbeing, right through to the completion of the program.
We have built a team of specialists across the four pillars so each client can be referred to a team of trusted specialists to support their Whole Life wellbeing and their unique circumstances.
The WiserTransition Relocation Program provides flexibility in the design of the program.
Each client is individually partnered with a qualified and experienced career coach, with relevant industry and life experience, who will provide expertise and support to design and navigate their career strategy in a new market. In addition, they will work with a dedicated Resume and Linkedin writer to craft a tailored and compelling message for the local market.
In keeping with our Whole Life philosophy, client’s have the opportunity to complete our research based wellbeing survey, the WiserCareer Survey, that builds awareness and discussion about the elements effecting the individuals wellbeing during their transition.
The program is tailored to their desired outcomes and may include:
